Ičinomija Kó vždy žil podle rodinné zásady: „Nikdy nikomu nedlužit. Nikdy!“. Jenomže jednoho dne mu život zachrání podivná blondýna Nino. Jak jen jí to splatit? Vždyť je bezdomovec a ona určitě bude chtít peníze! Kó dostane z rozrušení astmatický záchvat, který končí ve chvíli, kdy jej dívka vyzve, aby se do ní za odměnu zamiloval. A tak začal Kóův nový život pod mostem.
