Už je to rok, co se Rock připojil k posádce Lagoon Company a život v Roanapuru ho zapletl do mnoha nebezpečných kruhů. Jak se zvyšuje stupeň násilí ve městě, Hotel Moskva, odnož ruské mafie, si začne všímat více Rocka a on se brzy ocitne ve hře o moc. Série událostí dovede Rocka zpět do jeho rodné země, Japonska, kde slouží jako překladatel pro Balalaiku, vůdkyni Hotelu Moskva. V Japonsku dostane možnost vrátit ke svému starému způsobu života nebo může pokračovat v tom novém. Během těchto morálních otázek se musí Rock rozhodnout, jednou a navždy, zda chce považovat Lagoon Company za svůj domov.
