Korine v tomto dokumentu zachytil stejnojmennou performanci svého přítele a spolupracovníka Davida Blaina, jenž proslul mnoha šílenými kousky. V tomto případě se nechal na 44 dní zavřít do nevelkého plexisklového boxu, jenž byl ve výšce 9 metrů zavěšen na jeřábu u břehu Temže nedaleko Tower bridge. Blaine neměl v boxu kromě přikrývky a pár kousků oblečení žádné jiné věci a jedinou potravou mu bylo 4,5 litru vody denně.
