Britská armáda právě prodala nepotřebný křižník Aristotle do exotického státu Algerocco. Loď je teď třeba dopravit novému majiteli na Blízký východ, což se zahálející posádce, která si ze svého pobytu na lodi udělala výnosný obchod, zrovna dvakrát nelíbí. Ve snaze vytřískat ze své poslední plavby co nejvíce, prodají proti všem armádním předpisům lístky na loď civilistům cestujícím do Algerocca. Zbývá jediné – sehnat si kapitána, který na tenhle výdělečný podvod jen tak nepřijde. Může to být jen jediný muž – poručík Humphrey Fairweather (David Tomlinson).Volné pokračování komedie UP THE CREEK se tentokrát muselo obejít bez účasti Petera Sellerse, který v té době natáčel film MYŠ, KTERÁ ŘVALA.
