Náhlá úmrtí několika vědců, kteří se podílí na výzkumu nových zbraní, vyvolají neklid v celé vědecké obci. Vědec Jeff King začne na vlastní pěst pátrat a zjistí, že za vším stojí tajemný doktor Vulcan. Jeho identita je mu ovšem neznámá, jediné co ví je, že je členem vědecké asociace, tak jako on sám. Kromě několika přátel, kterým může věřit, mu proti doktoru Vulcanovi pomáhá také nový vynález, speciální oblek, ke kterému je připevněn raketový pohon a umožňuje tak jeho nositeli létat. Dvanáctidílný seriál.
