Hallie (ELISABETH HARNOISOVÁ) sa cíti ako prekliata, pretože je dcérou amerického prezidenta Richmonda (DABNEY COLEMAN). A akoby to nestačilo, je navyše aj volebný rok. Hallie by rada šla na rande, ale v jej situácii je to takmer nemožné, pretože na každé stretnutie by musela ísť aj s ochrankou a v pätách by mala všetky médiá. Jej vyvolený Duncan Fletcher (WILL FRIEDLE) však napokon vymyslí riešenie, ako sa stretnúť.
