Hrdinkou filmu je Tyler Clarke, která obdržela od své sestry zprávu s žádostí o pomoc. Když Tyler Jessicu navštíví, zjišťuje, že zničehonic zmizela a neponechala žádnou zprávu. Dívka se rozhodne, že svou sestru za každou cenu nalezne. Brzy však odkryje děsivé tajemství Jessicy, které její život obrátí vzhůru nohama.
