Skupinka zajatců ve vězení nemá co dělat, a tak čuchají výpary formaldehydu. Následně jsou zabiti při pokusu o útěk a pohřbeni na neoznačkovaných místech na hřbitově. Formaldehyd, nebo nějaká jeho divná přísada zapříčinila, že zombie vězni opustili své hroby. Lidé musí čelit nepříteli, který se nebrání žádnému způsobu k odstranění živých.
