Káčer Donald si stavia miniatúrnu dedinku, kde jazdí na svojom vláčiku. Vo výstavbe mu ale bráni strom, tak ho zotne. Ale to ešte netuší, že v ňom bývali malé, pomstychtivé a prešibané veveričky Chip a Dale. Svoj problém s bývaním teda vyriešia tak, že sa nasťahujú do jedného z domčekov v Donaldovej dedinke. Ale ani Donald sa nebude len nečinne prizerať a je rozhodnutý ich zo svojho územia vyhnať…
