Příběh antropomorfních myších bráchů, kteří přežili genocidu na Marsu a po nezdařeném útěku před nepřáteli se dostali na Zem, do Chicaga. Ani zde ovšem nenašli klid a mír, neboť se nepřátelští mimozemšťané, kteří vyhladili myší obyvatelstvo na Marsu, zaměřili na přírodní zdroje planety Země. Jeden z nich, Lawrence Limburger, na sebe vzal lidskou podobu a spolu se svými kumpány vykořisťuje Zemi právě z Chicaga. Motomyší bratři se tak snaží bránit tomu, aby realizoval své úmysly.
