Volání divočiny je dokument z roku 2007 nezávislého filmaře Rona Laotha, popisující odyseu Christophera McCandlesse, který je znám jako hrdina jeho novely a pozdějšího filmu INTO THE WILD.McCandless se sám popisuje jako ateistický cestovatel, jehož domovem je cesta. Jeho smrti předcházelo dvouleté putování, kterého ho zaneslo od Atlanty k Arizoně, do Mexika, z Kalifornie do Las Vegas. V létě toho roku se dvaceti čtyřletý McCandless vydal na sever na Aljašku, kde žil v lesích severně od hory Mt. McKinley 113 dní, než zemřel hlady.
