Fiktivní dokument, který rozebírá situaci kolem atentátu na amerického prezidenta z pohledu zúčastněných lidí. Jde o členy ochranky, tajné služby, nebo jeho nejbližších poradců. President George W. Bush přijíždí do Chicaga kde chystá svůj projev, při průjezdu ulicemi ho ale čekají desetitisíce nespokojených občanů, kteří nesouhlasí s jeho válečnou politikou. Taková situace vyvolává zvláštní přístup policistů k davu, celá situace se stupňuje a náhle je dav ohromen zprávou, že George W. Bush je MRTEV.
