Zhruba hodinový film, kde nám režisér celé série šokujících dokumentů FACES OF DEATH John Alan Schwartz s pseudonymem a v přestrojení poodhalí některé zajímavosti. Dozvíme se, jak velký je podíl tzv. „fake“ sekvencí. Dále pak třeba i to, že lidé často na záběrech poznávají své mrtvé příbuzné (jako příklad uvede scénu z FACES OF DEATH 1, která se odehrává v pitevně a dotyčného poznali podle malého tetování na rameni). Snímek si spíše než na vysoké výpovědní hodnotě zakládá na tom, aby určité věci stále zůstaly zahaleny jistým tajemstvím.
